You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Awaz.ai plan at any time.

Q: How Do I Upload a CSV File for My Contact List?
Uploading a CSV file is the easiest way to bulk-import contacts into Awaz.ai. Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Go to "Lists" from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Click "Add New List", then "Import Contacts" after naming your list.
3️⃣ A popup will appear when clicking "Import CSV", with the option to download a CSV template.
4️⃣ Download the template to see the correct formatting (e.g., Name, Email, Phone).
5️⃣ Prepare your file by ensuring data follows the template structure.
6️⃣ Upload the CSV file and confirm the import.

Q: Can I use or purchase Indian phone numbers with Awaz.ai?
Due to India's government VOIP regulations, Awaz.ai and Twilio do not currently support purchasing or connecting Indian phone numbers directly from
Settings > Integrations > Phone.
This restriction specifically affects calls originating from Indian numbers to local Indian numbers.
However, you still have reliable alternatives:
Option 1️⃣ : SIP Trunking
Connect local Indian numbers using SIP Trunking with Indian providers (like Exotel).
Set this up easily from Settings > Integrations > Phone > SIP.
Option 2️⃣ : International Number Calling
Purchase an international number (e.g., a US number) directly through Awaz.ai.
You can still call Indian phone numbers effectively using this international number.
Q: What is Awaz.ai's refund policy?
Awaz.ai offers clear and transparent subscription terms:

Awaz.ai subscriptions are non-refundable. We offer free trials and transparent billing to help you evaluate the platform fully before committing.Free Trial & Commitment:
Both the Starter and Pro plans include a risk-free 14-day trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel your subscription anytime during the trial period.Subscription Changes:
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take immediate effect with prorated adjustments. However, refunds for partial subscription periods are not available.
