Signing Up and Initial Login
If you haven’t signed up yet, follow these steps:
1. Go to Awaz.ai: 👉 www.awaz.ai
2. Click "Sign Up" at the top-right corner.
3. Enter your details:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Create a Password
4. Select your account type:
Personal Account – Best for individuals.
Business Account – Ideal for teams and businesses.
5. Choose a plan: (All plans start with a 14-day free trial with no charges during this period.)
6. Enter payment details (Required, but no charges until after the trial.)
7. Verify your email – Click the confirmation link in your inbox.
8. Log in to access your Awaz.ai dashboard.
💡 Tip: If you don’t receive the verification email, check your spam folder or click “Resend Email” on the login page.
Completing the Onboarding Checklist
Once logged in, follow this checklist to set up your AI agent:

Go to "Agents" in the left-hand menu.
Click “Create New Agent” or "Edit" existing agent and customize voice, tone, and responses.

Navigate to "Lists" in the left-hand menu.
Add contacts manually or upload a CSV file.

Go to "Campaigns" and select Inbound or Outbound calling.
Set up call attempts, delays, time zones, and campaign schedules.

Visit "Recordings" to review call logs, transcriptions, and customer responses.
✅ 5. Connect your calendar & integrations:
Integrate with Google Calendar so AI agents can schedule appointments.
Link CRM tools & Zapier for automated workflows in "Settings" > "Integration"
