The Awaz.ai dashboard is your control center for managing AI voice agents, campaigns, contacts, recordings, and integrations. This guide will help you:

Overview of the Dashboard Layout
When you log in to Awaz.ai, you’ll land on the dashboard. This is where you can manage AI agents, run campaigns, track performance, and adjust settings.
🔹 Where to Find the Menu:
The main navigation menu is located on the left-hand side of the screen.
Key Sections of the Dashboard:
➡ Agents – Manage and customize your AI voice assistants.
➡ Lists – Upload, import, and categorize contact lists.
➡ Campaigns – Configure inbound and outbound call campaigns.
➡ Recordings – Track call analytics, outcomes, and transcriptions.
➡ Calendars – Integrate Google Calendar for AI scheduling.
➡ Settings – Manage subscriptions, integrations, CRM tools, and phone numbers.
Explanation of the Main Menus
Each section of the left-hand menu serves a specific function:
🔹 Agents – Manage AI Voice Assistants
Create, edit, and customize AI voice agents for handling calls.
Set up unique scripts, tones, and behaviors for different campaigns.
🔹 Lists – Manage Contact Data
Create a contact list by clicking the "Add New List" button at the top left upon going into the "Lists" menu.
Input contacts manually or upload a CSV file for bulk import.
Contacts are categorized into:
All – Every contact in the system.
Contacted – Leads that have been reached by the AI.
Not Contacted – Leads that haven’t received a call yet.
Unsubscribed – Contacts that opted out of future calls.
🔹 Campaigns – Automate Inbound & Outbound Calls
Set up and customize call campaigns, whether inbound (receiving calls) or outbound (AI makes calls).
Adjust campaign settings, including:
✅ Number of call attempts per day
✅ Time delay between call attempts
✅ Daily call budget
✅ Time zone adaptation for scheduling calls at the right local time
✅ Specific time periods for AI agents to run campaigns
🔹 Recordings – Access Call Analytics & Transcriptions
The most detailed performance tracking section in Awaz.ai.
View key call analytics, including:
✅ Contact details (name, phone, email, etc.)
✅ Call type (Inbound/Outbound)
✅ Origin (Which AI agent made the call)
✅ Call duration & cost
✅ Call date & time
✅ Status (Unanswered, Picked Up, or Completed with an Outcome)
Access transcriptions of calls for quality control.
Review overall analysis, including:
✅ User sentiment detection (Did the customer sound engaged, confused, frustrated?)
✅ Outcome reasons (Was a message/email sent? Was a follow-up scheduled? Did we capture the right contact details?)
🔹 Calendars – AI-Synced Scheduling
Create a calendar for by clicking the "+ Calendar" at the top right-hand corner.
Integrate with Google Calendar so your AI agent knows your availability.
AI can schedule meetings directly into your calendar when a customer agrees to an appointment.
🔹 Settings – Subscription, Integrations & Phone Numbers
Manage your subscription plan & billing
Unsubscribe easily by clicking "Unsubscribe" in the Settings menu.
Integrate CRM tools & Zapier for automation.
Connect or purchase phone numbers:
✅ Use your own phone number for AI agents.
✅ Buy a new number through Awaz.ai for dedicated AI use.
✅ Connect WhatsApp for multi-channel engagement.
