Setting up your Awaz.ai account is quick and simple. This guide will show you how to register, verify your email, navigate profile settings, and manage your preferences.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:

Account Registration Process
To get started with Awaz.ai, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the Awaz.ai website www.awaz.ai
2. Click on the orange "Sign Up" button at the top-right corner.
3. Fill in your details:
Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Create a Password
4. Select Your Account Type:
Personal Account – For individual users.
Business Account – For teams and businesses.
5. Choose Your Plan:
Starter Plan – Ideal for individuals or small teams.
Pro Plan – Best for businesses needing unlimited AI agents and user access.
6. Enter Your Payment Details
Your card won’t be charged during the trial period.
You can cancel anytime before the 14-day trial ends from the "Settings" > "Billing" menu to avoid being charged.
After the trial, your selected plan will begin automatically.
Verifying Your Email & Logging In
Once you've completed registration, you’ll need to verify your email.
✅ Check your inbox for an email from Awaz.ai with a verification link.
✅ Click the link to confirm your account.
✅ Once verified, log in using your email and password.
Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, click “Resend Verification Email” on the login page.
Navigating the Profile Settings
After logging in, you can manage your account details and preferences from the Profile Settings menu.
Where to Find Profile Settings:
Option 1: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Option 2: Select “Settings” from the left-hand side menu.
What You Can Edit in Profile Settings:
🔹 Profile – Update your name, country code, website, and address. (Your email cannot be changed.)
🔹 Billing – Manage your subscription plan, payment details, and invoices.
🔹 Team – (For business accounts) Add or remove team members and adjust access permissions.
🔹 Tags – Organize and track contacts based on their interactions, such as who received an SMS, WhatsApp, email, or who unsubscribed.
🔹 Custom Fields – Add extra details to your contact lists like date of birth, location, or any additional data needed for better segmentation.
🔹 Integrations – Connect Awaz.ai with third-party tools, API keys, WhatsApp, phone numbers (use your own or purchase one for AI agents).
Tips for Keeping Your Account Information Updated
✔ Edit basic details (name, country code, website, address) by clicking on the field and typing your updates.
✔ Manage Billing & Subscription to check or update your payment settings.
✔ Use Tags to categorize contacts based on how they were contacted or their status (e.g., received SMS, unsubscribed, etc.).
✔ Create Custom Fields to store extra details in your contact lists for better personalization.
✔ Set Up Integrations to connect your own phone, API keys, WhatsApp, or buy new phone numbers for AI agents to use.
💡 Note: Your email address cannot be changed once registered. If you need to update it, contact support at [email protected].
