Welcome to Awaz.ai’s Analytics & Reporting Tools!

Awaz.ai provides detailed reporting and analytics to help you optimize AI call campaigns, track customer interactions, and improve engagement strategies. This guide will cover:

How to track and manage contact list metrics
Analyzing campaign data, including call outcomes and costs
Using call recordings and follow-up metrics to refine AI performance
How to export reports for further analysis

1: Contact List Metrics & Customization

Your contact list is the foundation of every campaign. Awaz.ai allows you to import, organize, and export contacts for better segmentation and analysis.

🔹 Key Contact List Metrics

  • All Contacts – Every contact in your database.

  • Contacted – Leads that have received at least one call.

  • Not Contacted – Leads that have not yet been reached.

  • Unsubscribed – Contacts that opted out of future calls.

🔹 Importing & Exporting Contact Lists

  • Import Contacts: Upload a CSV file to bulk-add contacts.

  • Export Contacts: Download your list to analyze or back up data.

🔹 Customizing Your Contact List with Custom Fields

  • To add custom fields, go to:
    Settings > Custom Fields

  • Create fields such as Date of Birth (DOB), Company Name, Lead Source, etc.

  • These customized fields will then be available in the contact list.

  • When exporting as a CSV file, these fields will be included for detailed segmentation and reporting.

2: Campaign Data & Performance Analysis

Campaign reporting gives real-time insights into AI call performance and helps track results.

🔹 Key Campaign Metrics

  • Number of Calls Dialed – Total attempted calls.

  • Call Outcomes:
    Picked Up – Answered calls.
Went to Voicemail – AI left a message.
    Failed – Call attempt failed.
Busy / No Answer – Call was not completed.
Successful Results – Calls that led to action (scheduled, follow-up, etc.).

  • Cost Per Result – Tracks efficiency in cost vs. successful outcomes.

  • Total $ Spent on Campaign – Helps measure return on investment (ROI).

💡 Why This Matters:

  • Identifies which campaigns perform best.

  • Helps optimize call strategies based on outcomes.

  • Assists in budget planning for future campaigns.

3: Call Recordings & Performance Metrics

The Recordings tab provides the most detailed analytics and follow-up data to improve AI-driven interactions.

🔹 Key Performance & Follow-Up Metrics (Exportable)

  • Call Type – Inbound or outbound.

  • AI Agent Used – Identifies which AI assistant handled the call.

  • Call Duration & Cost – Measures efficiency and spending.

  • Call Status:
Unanswered – No response from the recipient.
Picked Up – Answered but no further action.
Outcome Recorded – Call completed with a result.

  • Transcriptions – Full-text logs of AI conversations.

  • User Sentiment Analysis – Detects engagement level (positive, neutral, negative).

  • Outcome Reasoning:
✅ A message or email was sent.
    ✅ A follow-up was scheduled.
Contact details were successfully captured or not.

🔹 Exporting Performance Data

  • Download detailed call logs from the Recordings tab as a CSV file.

  • Before exporting, use the filter function to refine data by:
Campaign – View results from specific AI-driven campaigns.
Period – Select a date range to analyze past calls.
Status – Filter by answered, unanswered, or outcome-based calls.

  • Use exported data for quality control, compliance, or deeper analysis.

4: Using Insights to Improve AI Performance

Once you've reviewed contact lists, campaigns, and call performance, use these insights to optimize your AI automation:

Adjust call timing & retry logic – Reduce failed or unanswered calls.
Refine AI agent scripts – Improve conversations based on transcriptions.
Segment contact lists – Use custom fields to target high-potential leads.
Optimize budgets – Reduce cost per result by adjusting campaign settings.
