Overview
As a Whitelabel user, you have full control over how your clients access and pay for core features on your branded Awaz.ai platform. This includes managing phone numbers, uploading knowledge bases, and recharging usage credits.
This guide explains:
✔ How your clients connect or purchase phone numbers
✔ How Knowledge Base pricing is handled
✔ How credits are recharged and free credits are offered
✔ How pricing is defined through the Plans you create
📞 Connecting or Purchasing Phone Numbers
Your Whitelabel clients can access numbers the same way regular Awaz users do — through Settings > Integrations > Phones / Twilio:

How It Works for Whitelabel Users
When you (the Whitelabel user) connect your Twilio account in Whitelabel > Integrations, you unlock full control over phone number management.
You can then add phone numbers to your platform from Settings > Integrations (standard section, not Whitelabel settings).
You are not charged by Awaz. You’ll pay Twilio directly for the numbers you purchase and use.
What Your Clients See
Your clients will be able to purchase numbers from the inventory tied to your connected Twilio account.
Pricing they see is based on what you've configured in Whitelabel > Plans.
When they attempt to buy, they’ll go through your payment wall.

📚 Adding Knowledge Bases
Clients can upload files, text, or URLs to train their AI agents — but this is also configurable based on your pricing model.
For Whitelabel Users
When you (the Whitelabel user) upload a Knowledge Base, you pay Retell directly. Awaz does not charge you for Knowledge uploads.
Retell’s pricing applies (they currently offer up to 10 files free — see Retell Pricing).
What Your Clients See
When a client uploads a knowledge file from your platform, they’ll go through a payment wall based on the Knowledge Base pricing you set in the Plan settings.
This allows you to monetize knowledge file uploads while controlling usage across clients.

💰 How Recharge Credits Work
(and How to Offer Free Credits)
Whitelabel users can collect payments directly from clients when they top-up their usage credits — all payments go to your Stripe account, with only a 2% transaction fee to Awaz.
Client Recharge Flow
Clients see your branded recharge interface when they top up.
The funds are added to their credit balance on your platform.
Stripe collects their payments and deposits them into your account, minus the 2%.
Offering Free Credits
You can set free credits as part of your subscription plan offering. Here’s how it works:
Example: You have $50 in balance on your own Whitelabel account.
You create a plan that gives $10 free credit upon sign-up.
When a client signs up — $10 is deducted from your $50 Whitelabel account balance and given to the client.
If you don’t have sufficient balance, your account goes negative, and you’ll need to top up manually or enable auto-recharge.
💡 Tip: Monitor your balance if you're offering free credits. Enable auto-recharge to prevent disruption.
🧾 Platform Fee Reminder
Awaz only takes a 2% fee on actual transactions, not on internal credit transfers or allocations (to offer free credits). This applies to:
Whitelabel user's account balance recharges
Client recharges on your platform
Any payments collected by you (Whitelabel User)
