Overview
Designing the right plans for your clients helps you control features, monetize usage, and scale with clarity. This guide walks you through setting up your own pricing packages under the Plans section of the White Label tab.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:
✔ Add a new pricing plan for your Whitelabel clients
✔ Define usage limits and feature access
✔ Customize pricing and descriptions
✔ Save and manage multiple plans
Step 1 - Access the Whitelabel Plans Section
Log in to your Awaz.ai dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, go to White Label > Plans.
Click on the “Add New Plan” dropdown to start creating a new offering.
Step 2 - Fill in the Plan Details
You’ll now see a form to define your plan’s structure. Here’s how to configure each field:
Price: Set the base subscription price for your plan.
Recurrence Type: Select how often the user will be billed (e.g., monthly).
Add-On Calls: If applicable, add a price for extra calls beyond the included quota.
Max. Agents / Max. Users: Set limits for the number of AI agents or end-users included in the plan.
Bought Phone Monthly Price: Price per month if a user purchases a new phone number through the platform.
Connected Phone Monthly Price: Price for users who connect their own number instead of buying one.
Knowledge File Monthly Price: Set a price for uploading and using Knowledge Files in calls.
Plan Title: Give your plan a clear internal or external name.
Plan Description: Add a helpful description, such as who the plan is ideal for or what it includes.
💡 Tip: Knowledge Files are documents you upload to train AI agents on specific information — like product details, FAQs, or internal policies. The AI can then reference this content during calls to answer questions more accurately.
💡 Tip: Want to create bundles or tiered pricing? Use combinations of agent/user limits and add-ons (like Knowledge Files) to build differentiated plans for different client needs.
Step 3 - Save and Apply the Plan
Once all fields are filled:
Double-check pricing and limits.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Your new plan will now be available when assigning subscriptions to client companies under the Companies tab.

Keep naming conventions clear so your team can easily manage multiple packages.
Adjust features and pricing based on the size of the client’s business or usage needs.
Revisit and optimize your plans as your business grows — scalable plans create scalable revenue.
