1. AI Usage Fees (~$0.12/min)

Awaz.ai does not charge you per minute directly. Instead, we connect you to third-party AI infrastructure and you pay them based on usage.

The average cost is ~$0.12/minute, billed to your account based on actual usage.

Text-to-Speech (TTS): Turning agent responses into natural-sounding voice

🎙️ Voice Costs (Included in Estimate):

ElevenLabs Voices: These ultra-realistic voices are included in the ~$0.12/min average. ElevenLabs charges approximately $0.07/min for voice generation alone.

📌 Important: This estimate only covers the AI stack. It does not include your actual phone call minutes.

2. Telephony Billing (Carrier Costs)

Awaz.ai does not act as a phone carrier. You are responsible for bringing your own telephony provider (e.g., Twilio or Telynx) under your account.

📞 How Telephony Charges Work:

You connect your own Twilio or Telynx account via API.
Charges vary based on region, destination number, and call type (inbound/outbound).
You can refer to their Twilio Pricing Directory or Telynx Pricing for exact per-minute rates in your market.

📌 Note: You are only charged for connected (answered) calls. No charges apply for missed or unanswered dials.

3. Awaz.ai Platform Subscription

Whitelabel access to Awaz.ai is billed under a single plan with all features included. The Whitelabel solution is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. It includes full access to all features and the ability to schedule an initial 1-on-1 onboarding call to get you started.

Monthly: Pay as you go, billed once per month - ideal for businesses with budget constraints who prefer smaller, regular payments instead of a large upfront investment
Yearly: Prepay annually at a discounted rate

All Whitelabel accounts — regardless of billing cycle — have access to the same features:

✔ Full dashboard branding
✔ Unlimited agents, campaigns, and integrations
✔ Client billing and Stripe integration
✔ Support for numbers through Twilio/Telynx, SIP trunking, and more

There are no feature restrictions based on your billing term. The subscription simply determines your payment cadence.

4. Stripe Payment Processing (For Whitelabel Resellers)

If you're selling plans and billing clients through the Awaz dashboard using Stripe, an additional 2% transaction fee applies on all payments processed through the platform.

This fee helps cover:

✔ Secure in-platform billing
✔ Automated revenue share tracking
✔ Maintenance of the Whitelabel payment layer

💡 Tip: You can absorb this fee or factor it into your plan pricing.

Beyond the per-call costs, Whitelabel partners are responsible for several third-party subscriptions and fees that keep the platform running smoothly. Below is a complete breakdown:
