Overview
As a Whitelabel user, you can create agent templates that appear as ready-to-use options for your clients. Instead of building an agent from scratch, your clients can choose from your curated templates — designed for specific industries, languages, or use cases.
This guide will walk you through creating and managing agent templates that can be reused by your clients within your Whitelabel platform.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:

Step 1 – Build an AI Agent to Use as a Template
Log in to your Awaz.ai dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, click Agents.
Click + New Agent.
When prompted, choose Start From Scratch — since you're creating a fully customized template designed for your clients to reuse.
From here, build the agent as if you're preparing it for an ideal client in a specific niche or use case. Fill out all the required fields:
Agent Name, Language, Voice, and Role
Company Info and Agent Objective – include clear goals and context so your clients understand the agent's purpose.
Prompts – set up greeting messages, response logic, fallback replies, and more.
Actions – define workflows such as SMS follow-ups, webhook triggers, or calendar scheduling.
💡 Tip: Think about your typical client's needs (e.g., real estate, SaaS demos, appointment booking) and tailor the script, behavior, and flows around them.
Step 2 – Mark the Agent as a Template
Once your agent is fully configured:
Navigate to the top-right corner of the Agent Settings tab.
Click the ✔ Checkmark icon to mark the agent as a template.
When selected, the checkmark will glow green. ✅
This confirms that the agent will now appear in the “Use Template” section when your clients create a new agent.
💡 Don’t forget to click Save Updates to store all your changes.
Step 3 – Client View: Access Templates
When your clients (under your Whitelabel brand) go to create an agent, they’ll see two options:
Start From Scratch
Use Template
Agents you’ve marked as templates will appear under Use Template, fully pre-configured and ready to deploy.
Your clients can:
Launch with industry-specific scripts
Save time on configuration
Customize from your foundation
Optional – Create Templates in Multiple Languages
Serving international clients? You can build agent templates in their native languages to deliver a more localized and seamless experience.

You can set your dashboard language using the dropdown by clicking the flag in the top-right corner next to your profile icon.

So when building your agent templates:
Select a supported language in the Agent Settings
Write your prompt in that language
Assign the right voice and accent
💡 Tip: Use this to create ready-made templates for specific markets — for example, a “Spanish Real Estate Inquiry Agent” or a “Korean Customer Service Agent.”
