Awaz.ai allows you to schedule campaigns by setting active hours and selecting specific days of the week, ensuring your AI agents reach customers at the right time.

While campaigns cannot be scheduled with specific start and end dates, you can toggle campaigns ON or OFF anytime from the Campaigns tab.

To begin, navigate to the Campaigns tab and either:

✔ Create a new campaign by clicking Create "New Campaign”.
✔ Edit an existing campaign by selecting it from the list.

Customize when your campaign runs by configuring:

✔ Start & End Time per Day – Set the specific time range during which calls will be made.
✔ Days of the Week – Select the active days for the campaign to run.
