Setting Up Your Awaz.ai Campaign
Creating a campaign in Awaz.ai allows you to automate outbound and inbound calls efficiently. Whether you’re reaching out to leads or handling incoming calls, campaigns help streamline AI agent interactions and ensure smooth operations.
This guide will walk you through setting up a new campaign, assigning an agent, selecting a phone number, and configuring call settings to maximize efficiency.
Log into Awaz.ai and Navigate to the Campaigns Section
To get started:
Log into Awaz.ai and click on the Campaigns tab in the dashboard menu.
Click the “Create New Campaign” button.
Choose whether the campaign will be Outbound (AI agent makes calls) or Inbound (AI agent receives calls).

Configure Your Campaign Settings
Once you've selected the campaign type, you will configure key settings.
🔹 Assigning AI Agent, Phone Number, and Contact List
✔ Select an AI agent – Choose an AI agent that aligns with your campaign goals.
✔ Assign a phone number – Use an existing number or purchase one through Awaz.ai.
✔ Pick a contact list (Outbound campaigns only) – Ensure your contact list is well-segmented.

🔹 Adjusting Call Attempts and Budget
To control the efficiency of your AI agent, adjust the following:
✔ Max Attempts Daily – Set the maximum number of call attempts per contact (default: 0 = unlimited).
✔ Attempts Delay – Define the wait time before retrying a rejected call. (Recommended: 120 minutes for better response rates.)
✔ Daily Budget – Specify the maximum budget for AI agent calls. (Recommended: $100 for optimal reach.)
💡 Tip: A well-configured budget prevents overspending while maintaining engagement.
🔹 Setting Time Zones and Operating Hours (Outbound Campaigns Only)
For outbound campaigns, ensure calls are made at appropriate times by configuring:
✔ Time Zones – Select the region where your contacts are located.
✔ Operating Periods – Define when calls can be made (e.g., weekdays from 9 AM - 12 PM, 2 PM - 6 PM).
💡 Tip: Avoid scheduling calls outside business hours to improve pick-up rates.
Save and Launch Your Campaign
Double-check your agent, phone number, and contact list assignments.
Ensure your budget and call retry settings align with your campaign goals.
Click “Save Campaign” to activate it.
Once launched, your AI agent will start handling calls according to the settings you’ve configured.
