Overview
Automating how leads flow into Awaz.ai makes your outreach faster, smarter, and scalable. Whether you collect leads through web forms, CRMs, or landing pages, you can send them directly into your Awaz contact list and have an AI agent call them in seconds.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to set up this workflow using Zapier, but you can also use Make.com or our API for the same result.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:
✔ Connect any form or lead source to Awaz.ai
✔ Use automation to send lead data instantly

Step 1 – Choose Your Automation Tool
To automate lead uploading into Awaz.ai, you can use:
Zapier (recommended for no-code users)
Make.com (flexible for visual workflows)
Awaz.ai API (for developers or custom logic)
In this guide, we’ll use Zapier for demonstration.
💡 Not using Zapier? The steps are similar across Make.com and API — just adapt the logic to your preferred platform.
Step 2 – Create the Trigger (e.g., Form Submission)
In Zapier, click “Create Zap”
Choose your form tool or lead source (e.g., Google Forms, Calendly, Typeform, or a CRM)
Set the trigger as New Form Response, New Row, or similar
Test the trigger to ensure Zapier pulls in name, email, phone number, and any additional custom fields like:
{{product_interest}}{{company_name}}{{preferred_language}}

Step 3 – Send Data to Awaz.ai
Add Awaz.ai as your next action in Zapier
Choose “Create Contact”
Map the required fields:
Name
Phone Number
Email (optional)
Any Custom Fields you’ve created in Awaz (e.g.,
product_interest,company, etc.)
Step 4 – Trigger a Personalized AI Call
Add another action: “Make a Call”
Select the AI agent you want to use
Insert dynamic fields into the prompt using the contact’s submitted info
🗣️ Sample Prompt:
“Hi {{Contact.FirstName}}, I saw you asked about {{Contact.product_interest}}. I’d love to help. Would you like to book a time to chat?”
You can also instruct the agent to:
Book via Google Calendar
Transfer to a human agent
Send a follow-up via email or WhatsApp
