To send custom variables to Zapier, first set them up in your Awaz.ai agent:
Log in to your Awaz.ai dashboard.
Click "Agents" from the left-hand menu and select your desired agent.
Open the "Variables" tab (the last tab in your Agent Settings).
Create Custom Variables
Awaz.ai lets you create three types of custom variables:
Text-based Variables:

You can easily review custom variable responses within your Awaz.ai dashboard:
Navigate to the "Recordings" tab in your Awaz.ai dashboard.
Click the details icon next to a specific call recording.
Open the "Analysis" tab to see your custom variable responses clearly displayed.
