Overview
Two directions:
Scenario A (Awaz.ai → Mailchimp): Automatically add or update subscribers in Mailchimp when calls occur in Awaz.ai.
Scenario B (Mailchimp → Awaz.ai): Trigger Awaz.ai calls when new subscribers join or campaigns hit certain milestones in Mailchimp.

Scenario A: Awaz.ai → Mailchimp
1. Create a Zap with Awaz.ai as the Trigger
In Zapier, click Create Zap.
Choose Awaz.ai as your trigger (e.g., Agent Trigger for a completed call).
2. Select Mailchimp as Action
Choose Add/Update Subscriber.
Connect your Mailchimp account.
3. Map Fields
Email → {{lead_email}}, Name → {{lead_name}}.
4. Test and Activate
Verify that new leads from Awaz.ai appear in Mailchimp.
Turn on the Zap.

Scenario B: Mailchimp → Awaz.ai
1. Mailchimp Trigger in Zapier
Use triggers like New Subscriber or Campaign Sent.
2. Awaz.ai as Action
Pick Make a Call or Agent Trigger.
3. Map Subscriber Data
Pass subscriber email, name, or other fields to Awaz.ai for call scripts.
4. Test and Enable
Test with a new subscriber sign-up.
Confirm Awaz.ai calls or logs the event.
Turn on the Zap.
Tip: Combine Mailchimp segments (e.g., a VIP segment) with Awaz.ai calls to provide high-touch outreach for your top subscribers.
