Overview
Two integration directions:
Scenario A (Awaz.ai → GoHighLevel): Send leads and call details from Awaz.ai into GoHighLevel.
Scenario B (GoHighLevel → Awaz.ai): Trigger Awaz.ai calls or agent actions when a new contact is created or updated in GoHighLevel.

1. Create a Zap with Awaz.ai as the Trigger
In Zapier, click Create Zap.
Choose Awaz.ai as your trigger (e.g., Agent Trigger for a completed call).
2. Choose LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) as the Action
Search for LeadConnector.
Select Create/Update Contact or Add Lead to Campaign.
3. Map Fields
Map Awaz.ai fields: caller_name, caller_phone, call_notes → GoHighLevel contact fields.
4. Test and Activate
Test the Zap with a sample Awaz.ai call event.
Turn it on if successful.

Scenario B: GoHighLevel → Awaz.ai
1. GoHighLevel Trigger in Zapier
In Zapier, choose LeadConnector as your trigger.
Select triggers like New Contact or Contact Updated.
2. Awaz.ai as the Action
For the Action, select Awaz.ai.
Pick Make a Call or Agent Trigger to automatically call the new or updated contact.
3. Map Contact Data
Pass the contact’s phone number, name, or tags from GoHighLevel to Awaz.ai.
Customize the call script in Awaz.ai to greet the contact properly.
4. Test and Deploy
Test by creating a new contact in GoHighLevel.
Check if Awaz.ai automatically initiates the call.
Turn on the Zap.
Tip: Use GoHighLevel’s funnel or pipeline stages as triggers—e.g., once a contact moves to the “Interested” stage, Awaz.ai calls them immediately.
