Overview
Scenario A (Awaz.ai → Zoho CRM): Automatically create or update leads in Zoho CRM when a call event happens in Awaz.ai.
Scenario B (Zoho CRM → Awaz.ai): Trigger Awaz.ai calls or agent actions when new leads or updates occur in Zoho CRM.

Scenario A: Awaz.ai → Zoho CRM
1. Create a Zap with Awaz.ai as the Trigger
In Zapier, click Create Zap.
Choose Awaz.ai as your trigger (e.g., Agent Trigger for a completed call).
2. Choose Zoho CRM as Action
Search for Zoho CRM.
Select Create/Update Lead or Create Contact.
3. Map Awaz.ai Fields
Map fields like caller_phone → Lead Phone, call_notes → Description.
4. Test and Turn On
Test the Zap with a sample call.
Enable it if the lead shows up correctly in Zoho CRM.

Scenario B: Zoho CRM → Awaz.ai
1. Zoho CRM Trigger in Zapier
Choose Zoho CRM as the trigger.
Use triggers like New Lead or Updated Lead.
2. Awaz.ai as the Action
Select Awaz.ai → Make a Call or Agent Trigger.
3. Map CRM Data
Pass Lead Phone, Lead Name, or custom fields to Awaz.ai.
4. Test and Enable
Test by adding a new lead in Zoho.
Check if Awaz.ai initiates a call.
Turn on the Zap.
Tip: Use Zoho CRM’s scoring or stage-based triggers so only leads meeting specific criteria (e.g., “Hot Leads”) get an immediate Awaz.ai call.
