Overview
Two directions:
Scenario A (Awaz.ai → Google Sheets): Log Awaz.ai call data in a spreadsheet.
Scenario B (Google Sheets → Awaz.ai): Trigger calls or updates in Awaz.ai when new rows are added or updated in Sheets.

Scenario A: Awaz.ai → Google Sheets
1. Create a Zap with Awaz.ai as the Trigger
In Zapier, click Create Zap.
Choose Awaz.ai as your trigger (e.g., Agent Trigger for a completed call).
2. Google Sheets as Action
Choose Create Spreadsheet Row or Update Spreadsheet Row.
3. Map Fields
Match columns (e.g., Date, Caller Name, Call Summary).
4. Test and Activate
Run a test call to confirm a new row is created.
Turn on the Zap.

Scenario B: Google Sheets → Awaz.ai
1. Google Sheets Trigger
In Zapier, pick New or Updated Spreadsheet Row.
2. Awaz.ai as Action
Choose Make a Call or Agent Trigger.
3. Map Row Data
If your spreadsheet has columns like Phone Number, Name, or Instruction, map them to Awaz.ai.
4. Test and Enable
Add a test row in Sheets.
Confirm Awaz.ai receives the data and initiates the call.
Tip: Use Sheets as a mini-CRM or call queue. When you add a row with a phone number, Awaz.ai automatically calls them.
