Overview
To use Telnyx as your telephony provider with Awaz, you’ll first need to make sure your Telnyx account is Verified. Once verified, you can generate an API key in Telnyx and connect it directly through your Awaz dashboard.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:
✔ Confirm your Telnyx account is verified
✔ Generate a Telnyx API key
✔ Connect Telnyx to your Awaz account
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 – Log in to Telnyx
Go to the Telnyx Portal and log in with your credentials.
Step 2 – Ensure Your Account is Verified
Your Telnyx account must be at the Verified level before you can connect it.

Step 3 – Generate a Telnyx API Key
In the Telnyx Portal, go to API Keys.
Click Create API Key.
⚠️ Important: Copy the full API key immediately. If you miss it or only copy part, you’ll need to generate a new one.
Step 4 – Connect Telnyx in Awaz
Log in to your Awaz dashboard.
From your dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations.
Look for the Telnyx field.
Paste your API key into the field provided.
Click Connect to complete the setup.
Your Awaz account is now integrated with Telnyx, and you can begin using it for telephony.
