Overview
Whether you’re running solo or scaling up with a team, Awaz.ai lets you assign different levels of platform access to your colleagues. This guide explains how to invite team members, assign roles, and clarify what each role can access.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:
✔ Invite teammates to your Awaz.ai account
✔ Assign roles based on responsibilities
✔ Understand the permissions for each team role
Access the Team Settings
Log in to your Awaz.ai dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, go to Settings > Team.
Click Enter Invitee's email, and enter your team member's email.
Choose the appropriate role from the dropdown.
💡 Tip: You can resend or revoke an invite anytime if the team member hasn’t accepted it.
Understanding Role Permissions
Awaz.ai provides three main roles:
🧑💼 Owner
Has full access to all settings, including billing and team management.
Can add, or remove any team members.
🛠️ Admin
Full access to all features, agents, lists, campaigns, and recordings.
Can manage billing and integrations.
Cannot remove the Owner.
👤 Account Manager
Can manage agents, lists, campaigns, and recordings.
Does NOT have access to Billing, Team Management. Tags, Custom Fields & Integrations.
💡 Tip: All roles can build agents, create campaigns, view analytics, and manage contact lists.
