Access the Voice Settings Panel
To begin configuring your AI agent’s voice:
🔹 Navigate to Agent Settings and select the AI agent you want to modify.
🔹 On the Settings tab of the agent, access the adjustable parameters.
Adjust Key Voice Parameters
Awaz.ai provides six main voice customization settings:
🎙️ Tone of Voice (Calm ↔ Emotional)
Modify how expressive the AI agent sounds.
Lower settings: More neutral and professional.
Higher settings: More dynamic and expressive.
⚡ Voice Speed (Slow ↔ Fast)
Adjust how quickly the AI agent speaks.
Slower speeds: Best for clarity in formal conversations.
Faster speeds: Suitable for casual or engaging interactions.
🔊 Voice Volume (Low ↔ Loud)
Control the AI agent’s loudness level.
Lower volume: Softer and more reserved tone.
Higher volume: Stronger presence in conversations.
⚡ Responsiveness (Slow ↔ Fast)
Determines how quickly the AI agent processes and replies.
Slower responsiveness: Allows for longer pauses.
Faster responsiveness: Ensures quicker conversations.
🔄 Interruption Sensitivity (Low ↔ High)
Controls how well the AI agent adapts to interruptions from the user.
Low: AI waits for the user to finish speaking before responding.
High: AI can handle interruptions and adjust accordingly.
🗣️ Enable Back-Channeling
✔ Activating this feature allows the AI agent to use affirmative sounds (e.g., "uh-huh" or "yeah") to indicate active listening.

Set Additional Call Behavior Options
✅ End Call After Silence
Configure the duration of silence before an AI agent automatically ends a call.
Minimum value: 10 seconds.
✅ Boosted Keywords
Add customized keywords that bias the transcriber model, ensuring specific terms (e.g., brand names, street names, or industry-specific terms) are recognized correctly.

Save and Test Your Voice Settings
