Easily Export Contact Lists for Better Data Management
Awaz.ai allows you to export your contact lists effortlessly, ensuring you have full access to customer data, including any custom fields for reporting, analysis, or external use.
With just a few clicks, you can:
✔ Download complete contact lists, including all associated fields.
✔ Ensure exported data is accurate and well-structured.
✔ Use exported lists for external reporting, segmentation, or backup purposes.
Select the Contact List You Want to Export
To export a contact list, follow these steps:
Log into Awaz.ai and navigate to the Contacts section.
Locate the contact list you want to export.
Click on the "Export" button to generate the file.
💡 Tip: Each exported file includes all fields automatically, so there’s no need to manually select them.

Download the File & Ensure Data Accuracy
Once the export is complete, you’ll receive a downloadable file containing:
✔ All standard contact details (e.g., Name, Phone, Email).
✔ Any custom fields that were added to the list.
🔹 Reviewing the Exported Data
Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV viewer.
Check that all fields—including custom ones—are properly included.
If something seems incorrect, re-export the list and verify formatting.
💡 Tip: Since custom fields are automatically included, reviewing the exported data ensures that all essential details are intact.
