Overview
The Affiliates section allows White Label users to manage their own affiliate and re-seller accounts. You can invite external partners to onboard new clients under your brand using a unique referral link, and assign team members and coupon codes to streamline collaboration.
By the end of this guide, you’ll know how to:
✔ Create and manage affiliate accounts
✔ Assign coupon codes and custom labels
✔ Generate referral links tied to your brand
✔ Track affiliate sign-ups from a centralized dashboard
Step 1 – Access the Affiliates Section
Log in to your dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, go to Whitelabel > Affiliates.
Click on “New Affiliate” to begin setting up a new partner or re-seller.
Step 2 – Fill in Affiliate Details
You’ll now see a form with several input fields. Here’s what each one means:
Affiliate Name:
Enter the name of the affiliate or re-seller.Vinculate User:
Assign user(s) to the affiliate account. These team members will be associated with the affiliate’s dashboard.
💡Note: By default, the Whitelabel owner can see and access all affiliate/re-seller accounts from their dashboard.Coupon Code:
Select a coupon code that will automatically apply to users signing up through this affiliate. You can manage coupon codes separately in the Coupons section.Custom Label:
This defines the brand name of the affiliate. It’s also used to create the referral link.
Step 3 – Save and Generate the Signup Link
Once all fields are filled:
Click Save to create the affiliate.
A unique affiliate link will be generated in the format:
yourdomain.com/customaffiliatelabel
This link can be shared with affiliates or re-sellers to invite clients to sign up under their label—while still remaining under your White Label infrastructure.
💡 Tip: Use recognizable custom labels to help affiliates easily share branded signup links with their audiences. This ensures every signup is properly tracked and associated.
